C-apple emacs

C-n C-p C-f C-b C-d C-h C-k C-v the navigational commands in GNU EMACS work in Cocoa Mac OS X Leopard Applications (including Safari and Mail). I was thrilled to discover this as these key commands allow the user to stay in the home position for almost all task. Indeed with the addition of Quicksilver a mac user no longer has to use the rodent device Apple popularized. The only command missing is C-j, an alias for the RETURN key, a real pinky saver. Here's to the unixification of Apple.
